Jay is deeply committed to the development of the growing infrastructure and network to support entrepreneurial activity in the New York area.  Jay represents NYCSeed, LLC, a seed-stage fund organized by New York-based educational, governmental and
quasi public concerns that focuses on New York-based technology entrepreneurs..  He also is a frequent speaker and author of articles on issues critical to emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and investors.  He is a long-time supporter and champion of the venture capital and entrepreneurial communities in and around New York.
