Michael Roth is Counsel to SORINROYERCOOPER.  He has deep experience in all aspects of complex corporate and commercial litigation, including matters pertaining to general commercial, employment, intellectual property, real estate, advertising and public relations, and bankruptcy.  Mike regularly represents corporate, business, and industrial clients in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration forums.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was Special Counsel for Mintz & Gold where he also focused on commercial litigation.  Prior to that, he was a Partner at Drier LLP.  Mike is a member of the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Mike earned a B.A., with honors, from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
